Liability & Coverage Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Mission Express Logistics Inc.

责任与保险条款

本条款适用于 Mission Express Logistics Inc. 提供的所有服务。

1. Scope of Application

This Liability & Coverage Policy applies to all transportation, storage, pickup, delivery and related logistics services provided by Mission Express Logistics Inc.

By booking or using our services, the customer agrees to this Policy.

2. Default Liability Limit

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our maximum liability is:

CAD $500 per shipment

This applies only to direct physical loss or visible external damage caused by our proven negligence.

3. Exclusions

Concealed damage without outer packaging damage
Improper packaging
Fragile items without adequate protection
Force majeure (weather, road closures, etc.)
Indirect or consequential losses

4. Optional Declared Value Coverage

Customers may request increased liability limits (e.g. $1,000 / $5,000 / $10,000) before shipment. Additional fees apply.

This service increases contractual liability only and does NOT constitute insurance.

5. Customer-Arranged Insurance

Customers may purchase cargo insurance independently. We will provide shipping documentation if required.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada.

包装不当
易碎品未做防护
不可抗力（天气、道路封闭等）
间接或利润损失

4. 声明价值 / 额外责任保障

客户可在运输前选择提高责任上限（如 $1,000 / $5,000 / $10,000）。需支付额外费用。

本服务为合同责任提升，不构成保险产品。

5. 客户自行购买保险

客户可自行向保险公司购买货物保险。本公司可配合提供运输证明。

6. 法律适用

本条款适用萨斯喀彻温省法律及加拿大相关法律。
